  • Butterflies get a double bite at the apple with Choisya ternata as it flowers once in late spring and again in late summer and autumn.
  • A handsome evergreen, this plant has glossy leaves made up of 3 leaflets.
  • It is happy in a pot and can be clipped to a rounded shape immediately after flowering in spring.
  • Choose a sunny spot.
  • The golden-leaved form ‘Sundance’ is not as useful to wildlife as it flowers less profusely.
